Nutrition planning by our GetFit nutritionist
Our nutrition plans are created by our own highly qualified and experienced nutritionist. No extreme diets. No “eat chicken and broccoli or fail”. We’ll set realistic calorie targets, teach you how to handle meals out, drinks, and takeaways AND still lose fat. You’ll get simple rules and frameworks, not a rigid meal plan you’ll abandon in week 2.
Weekly accountability check ins
Every week you’ll record a short check in to review:
- What went well
- Where you struggled
- What to adjust
This keeps you accountable and ensures the plan evolves with your real life, not some perfect schedule.
Progress tracking that actually motivates you
We track progress photos, body measurements, weight trends and key habits (steps, sleep, training sessions). You’ll see your progress visually, not just as a number on the scales.

What if my schedule changes every week?
That’s exactly who this is designed for. We’ll set a “minimum” commitment you can realistically hit even on busy weeks, then add extra work when you can. Check ins exist so we can keep adjusting around your real life.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym helps, but it’s not essential. We can design your plan around home workouts, minimal equipment, or a mix of both.
I’m not very fit right now. Will I struggle?
No. We start from your current level and build up gradually. The goal is consistent, sustainable progress, not wrecking you in week one.
How does the refund guarantee work?
Simple, if you complete your weekly check ins and follow the plan we agree, and you’re not noticeably leaner after 10 weeks, we will refund you in full. We take on the risk so you don’t have to.
What happens after the 10 weeks?
You’ll have the option to continue with a rolling coaching plan, move to a lighter check in package, or go it alone with the habits you’ve built. No pressure, no long term contracts.
