What if my schedule changes every week?
We’ll set a “minimum” commitment you can realistically hit even on busy weeks, then add extra work when you can. Check ins exist so we can keep adjusting around your real life.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym helps, but it’s not essential. We can design your plan around home workouts, minimal equipment, or a mix of both.
I’m not very fit right now. Will I struggle?
No. We start from your current level and build up gradually. The goal is consistent, sustainable progress, not wrecking you in week one.
