 I like to discourage dieting as a healthy eating plan is more succesful.

It  actually benefits you more to eat small balanced meals at regular times and yes, you have probably heard it before but breakfast is a really important meal of the day.

Make sure you reduce your sodium intake and saturated fats as these are already hidden in many of our every day meals.
