Personal training GYM: £30.00 per hour
Personal training HOME: £ 25.00 per hour
Block bookings will be given FREE sessions i.e. 10 sessions 2 FREE, 5 SESSIONS 1 FREE.
Initial consultation will be FREE, if sessions are booked.
Body composition test, and nutritional help will be given. training diaries, food diaries online backup, and texting service also included. Testimonies can be given if required.
